Scores from the 4th round of the summer league are now posted below. The 5th round will be incorporated into the 50 bird shoot being held on Saturday 1st.

Last Thursday evening was the 3rd in our summer league shoots. This year we have three classifications “A,B&C” and high gun will be based on actual targets hit.

Once again we are back in action and settling into our Summer League.

This year we will run the league over 16 weeks with your best 12 score counting towards your total score. Handicaps will be decided at a later date.

The committee would like to thank all those individuals that made yesterday’s shoot a great success. This was our first big shoot on our new grounds and it went without a hitch. We would like to thank Gerry Kirk, Jimmy Healy and Denis Duggan for setting up and organising the entire day.

Also, the event would not have been possible but for the help of Maurice Cavanagh and Mill Hill CPSC. Their help has been invaluable to us as we try to get our club back up and running in our new location. Despite our shoot taking place on a Saturday we still had 209 guns turned up.

This years league is the first under the new Leinster Inter-club League Committee and covered by the Countryside Alliance.The club committee would like to wish continued success to them. Photographs will be posted as they become available.

The Committee would like to inform all club members that the Club’s AGM will take place on Friday the 30th of November in the Clan Na Gaels club house in Dundalk. This is not allowing for the standard 28 day notice period but we need to discuss the 2013 calendar and there are also some decisions to be made in regard to next years participation in the Leinster League.

The Committee would also like to make it known that it is actively looking for new members and anybody interested in joining should attend the AGM.
